300 Kindergarten and First Grade Students at the Austin T. Levy School in Harrisville, Rhode Island were lead out of their classrooms for a BUCKLEUPALLOFUS Child Passenger Safety School Event to learn about Buckle Up! Safety. Burrillville Police Officers and Harrisville Fire & Rescue Personnel were on hand with their police and fire department police cars, fire truck and rescue vehicle to show support for Jim’s ongoing Traffic Safety Efforts to the delight of all of the children. The biggest attraction, was the giant BUCKLEUPALLOFUS Cold Air Display Balloon created in the image of Jim’s Award-Winning Child Passenger Safety Cartoon Character for Kids. Bucky was hugged by many of the students that posed for photos with their classrooms while teachers grouped their students together for student pictures to be shown on their own social networks online. Police officers passed out BUCKLEUPALLOFUS Coloring Books and Stickers to the kids while talking with them about Buckle Up! Safety. A creative Questions & Answers dialogue about the correct ways to use booster seats and seat belts, and where they should be seated in family vehicles, was very successful, and the students learned about proper child passenger safety in a quick and decisive method of verbal communication and strong visuals. The students went back into their classrooms with a knew knowledge about being safer in the family vehicle and were having fun while learning about their safety.

The police officers, firefighters, rescue personnel, teachers and the school principal had as much fun as the students on a beautiful end of summer day, September, 22nd, 2016. National Child Passenger Safety Week is September, 18th thru the 24th, 2016. Please remember to “Buckle Up All Of Us!”
